Lumen.AI provides AI-assisted photo enhancement with strict facial-feature preservation. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only on images you own or have permission to edit. You are responsible for the content you upload.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you upload. Enhanced outputs generated through the Service are yours to use. The Lumen.AI brand, code, and interface remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to create deceptive deepfakes, harass individuals, infringe copyrights, or generate unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may vary; we do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
